It depends what kind of gamer you are. Do you actually use handhelds on the go or just as at-home diversions? Because if the latter, then the PSTV is generally more worth the price. Outside of Uncharted, Gravity Rush, and Tearaway, the TV can play every relevant game the Vita can, for 1/5 the price. And considering Tearaway and eventually GR have/will have updated ports to PS4 (we all know GR2 is coming to the PS4, likely with a port of 1), that means you're only missing a so-so Uncharted game.

If you've got the money, though, the Vita with OLED screen is nice as hell. Or if you actually play handhelds on the go, either way.
