If most Publishers made a Home Console, who would have the best First Party?

Microsoft and Sony would try to buy or merge with Ubisoft or EA to get more exclusives. We can see merging of companies in order to have better offerings. For now of course Nintendo. Where is Atlus and Square Enix in the list? :)
