That is because very few PC gamers give a shit about EA nor would they care about EA Access.  Only a few PC gamers even bother with Origin.  Steam has a monopoly on PC gamers that EA can only have wet dreams about.

Impressive, very obnoxious response.

I agree, relatively few would care about EA Access on PC. But for a measly $30 a year they could get more people on PC playing EA games or even Origin.

People forget its actually an impressive service for a low price.

Sorry, I don't hold EA in high regard.  However, I believe they could make more money from selling an increased number of their games if they listed them on Steam (even though Valve would be taking a cut).  Same thing people say about Nintendo going 3rd party but it isn't as extreme conisdering this is about online stores and not dedicated hardware.  They might be better off dropping Origin and just going with Steam.  I'd buy an old Road Rash if it was on Steam store and I've only bought 1 EA game in 15+ years (Need for Speed: Most Wanted U).  What I won't do is go out of my way and download another store front on my PC (plus I've heard that Origin was intrusive awhile ago).

I just have some concerns like the people that have been responding back to you in a more polite manner.  I'm worried that every single publisher will try a subscription service and lock things behind paywalls.
