One big difference between RE4, Galaxy, and OoT is that once you are done, there is little reason to replay the game. GTA IV provides both online and open world features that make it worthwhile to keep playing.
However, I have not played the game get so I can not disagree with your scores =)
I get my copy in about 12 hours.
Nice post, and as a self-proclaimed Wii-fanboy I respect your open attitude to try the game out and actually end up really liking it despite your bias beforehand.
