That's pretty much what this has done. Except deducted points for games that aren't fully exclusive as well as non retail ones.

Take a closer look at the list, Resogun adds only 27.5 points while a mediocre game like Fantastica music evolved adds 83.2 points. That's absolute nonsense. If you look only at metacritic scores Resogun would add 42 points(at 50%) and Fantastica 61 points. That's probably still not right, but atleast a lot closer.

Fantastica has a meta of 77 and was a retail release, Resogun scored higher but was download only. The rules may not be perfect but in order to be objective I have to apply them equally to all titles regardless of personal opinions.
