Will do.  Not sure about overclocking, I remember seeing a video on how its done a while ago, seemed relatively easy.  Will it really make big difference?

It's very easy and can make a significant difference in games that are heavy on the cpu. It's not a necessity though. If you are going to go with that cpu/mobo combo, then you should oc. If not go with the i5 4690 and a H97 mobo.
