Looks good to me. I would personally get an aftermarket cooler for the cpu for future OCing as well as the stock fan can get pretty noisy but that's just me. I personally like liquid coolers but air cooling is certainly awesome as well. If you do decide to get a liquid cooler, I would suggest getting Corsair since my friend had an h60 which recently leaked and killed his GTX 770 but corsair gave the market value pricing for his damaged parts and replaced the cooler and now he has a 970 for almost free!

But there are also pretty great air coolers out there too if you don't want to go for liquid or you can just stick with the stock cooler altogether if you don't mind the noise
