I'll explain. It is stealth advertising for Star Wars Battlefront, because Sony paid for marketing rights. They did the same with Destiny last year, which was also coincidentally done by Xbox UK.

I get the joke from a gamer perspective, but from a business perspective stuff like this pisses me off because it is so blatantly obvious that they're disrespecting deals done by other companies, and Xbox does the exact same type of deals. Extremely unprofessional of Xbox UK, it's pitiful that they feel the need to resort to tricks like that.

Well it is just a joke and quite clever too 😊 there's really no need for us gamers to be pissed off of whatever marketing deals these companies make. Sony should have come up with something similar too.
