DS lite. It has a much better screen than the others and the D-pad is great. I personally played Fusion and Zero on my DS lite.
Don't play any gameboy advance games on a gameboy advance, the screen is really awful compared to a DS lite screen. The gameboy advance is only good if you want to play gameboy / gameboy color games.
