Hm.. I'm not 100% convinced it's fake. Sure, the last uppercut before he collapsed actually missed making it look suspect, but it's not unusual at all that punches are having a delayed effect, that hit to the back of the head/ear could have done it although it didn't seem to connect all thaaat well.
