I have an ps4 and wii u so cant say anything about the xbox.
Most of your mentioned features i dont care for.
This downloading xx% of a game and start playing is pretty common now a days. I do remember im using this scince 2012 or something like this on pc (eg starcraft 2).
The coolest ps4 feature in my opinion is the "standby function". You games wont close fully, just be freezed. Thats really cool, scince you dont need always savepoints to stop playing, it very fast (10 sec till im in the game).
