There was a similar story in "Spiegel Online" (german news site) where a former emergency doctor told that he wanted a woman to help getting a baby but he wasn't allowed to because the man said that he didn't want him to touch his wife. The doctor told them the baby would die if he wouldn't help but the man just said "then we make another one". The baby died in the end.

In all of the reports on it I saw, it was all sourced from one Emarites 24/7 article, where the man was referred to as 'Asian', and not identified.
