Phil Spencer: Scalebound, Crackdown, Quantum Break won't come to PC as of now (Halo MCC/5 suspiciously not mentioned)

I'm fine without any of those but I would be very happy if Halo came to PC. Halo Wars 2 interests me, as well. I'd like to try Sunset Overdrive, too.
