Not relevant... but just because it loses money doesn't mean it can't be profitable down the road.

Xbox 360 lost billions in its first few years and eventually recouped its losses. At the rate things are going the X1 should be profitable. MS isn't paying $60 for every bundled game and the price cuts haven't been that significant when you consider they don't include the Kinect anymore.

True. 

But for bundled games, MS might not be paying $60 for each game but they are probably paying between $30-40 for them. If we look at the AC Bundle which came with Unity and Black Flag, MS probably had to pay $45-50 for those 2 games.
