North Korea creates their own time zone to repudiate past with Japan

pretty sure that hitler did the same and some countries changed their time to allign with Nazi germany (think Spain). Infact DST (Daylight Saving Time) is still used by many European countries and that was introduced thanks to Nazi Germany.
