Well, they did that exact thing in the last generation :P

I think a delay of Gravity Rush 2 to make Gravity Rush PS4 is a lot more likely than a PS4 game being delayed for a Vita game ^^. 

 

In October in Paris, you have the Paris Games Week, but also the "Mondial de l'automobile", one of the biggest car expo in the world. If they want to reveal a 2016 Gran Turismo, it will be the perfect time and place.
