You placed this in the politics discussions, so I guess you mean nice guys finish last in elections?
Whatever I doubt there are any nice guys who are into politics, because nice guys are not interested to rule others. And even if there are nice guys, they would probably loose to the not so nice guys. (TV series like "House of cards" and "Scandal" tought me that.)
