In America, where education is not affordable, the middle and upper classes are far far more likely to attain an advanced degree. So if we only allowed people with masters to vote, then we'll see certain interests being strongly overrepresented.
Althought, I'll have my masters in a couple of weeks, so it would work out splendidly for me.
