Yes I am. I don't ever have frame-skipping implemented. If I unlock the framerate my FPS goes up to 50 and the game runs about 1.5 times as fast.  So...

Have you even played SotC remastered? i have played both ways and the ps3 version is smoother and has more frames. Just because its running faster doesnt mean you see more frames.
