for me
Vita:
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC
Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel
Sword Art Online: Lost Song
Persona 4: Dancing All Night (Disco Fever Edition)
Dengeki Bunko : Fighting Climax
Possibly Earth Defence Force 2
and Whenever they choose to release Atelier Escha and Logy Plus
PS4:
Tales of Zesteria
Dragon Quest Heroes
If I have the Money Rock Band
Uncharted Collection
Battlefront
MAYBE Black Ops 3, if it proves more like BO1 or 2 than any other CoD or Titanfall
Tearaway
I don't know what else yet. PS4 I usually Wing it and just get what's coming and seems interesting while Vita I usually look up titles because they're not as well known
