You're telling me that no one has ever been killed by a person who didn't look homocidal at first glance?  Or that no police officer has ever been shot at a routine traffic stop?  Ridiculous.

ofcourse all that happened before and there was no reason to expect it happens here - the chance is incredibly small, the chance the officer kills that old'ish looking man with the taser seems higher to me
