I do feel a little cheated and disappointed, yet I feel like I got my money's worth too. Wii U was the first home console I had bought in a long time, the 2014 E3 show and the momentum the system had from MK8 convinced me to pick one up.

I remember there were also quotes from Nintendo around that time saying they would not drop the Wii U just because it wasn't selling that great. So I figured I'd take the dive and buy it last September, even though the 300 dollar price tag is a little steep for someone like me who lives paycheck to paycheck and is in the process of saving for a wedding.

So I bought it and loved it, and even though there weren't many games coming out this year, I had plenty to catch up on from the previous couple years. I was so excited for this E3 to see what else Nintendo had up their sleeves for this great, underrated console of theirs that I bought. Then, E3 happened, and wow... my enthusiasm for Wii U just basically came to a halt. I was super disappointed over this last E3, and I feel like it's pretty lame of Nintendo to be throwing up a big middle finger to the 3-4 million people who boutht Wii U, their "new system" within the last year. I'm sure next E3 will have a new 3D Mario, Zelda, and more, but it'll all be stuff that SHOULD HAVE been on Wii U.

So yes, I definitely feel a little disappointed, and will be getting a Ps4 this Christmas. Definitely NOT buying NX at launch.
