Should DQVIII release on PS3/PS4/Vita in Anticipation for DQ XI?

Ask why SE didn't release it in PS Vita and only 3Ds in Japan. So that the hype can be built for the upcoming DQXI. :)
It would help to additional sales if it is multiplat.

About localization, it is another topic that we don't know when or if it would even be localized. :)
