I'm not sure. I feel that Harper has gained too much of a reputation (espeically in the previous two election) as the best of the worst. Although I do not like his government, I can't say that sentiment is wrong. However, considering that the current government is unpopular and people want change, I think that is quite an advantage for the opposition parties.

I do think that overall the Conservatives have a homefield advantage but as seen in the Alberta Provincial Election (and to a lesser extent the Ontario Provincial Election), things can change fast. All in all, it's everyone's game.
