Because in 2013 (or 2014?), the Xbox One was supposed to be the most powerful console of all times because of the "power ot the cloud" (and then because of the secret chip, and then the loss of Kinect, and DirectX12...). 

 

We'll see how that turns out. In the trailer the collapsing buildings were cool, but it seemed so unnatural, more like a Lego building than a real one. Maybe this technology has limits we can't see yet. We'll see in the finished game! 

Yeah i forgot about that , but sure this technology has a limit:

1. It need Internet connection

2. It depend on Bandwidth (look at OP) they are targeting 2-4 Mbps which mean a stable one will be 4 Mbps
