I talked with two Halo pro (Destiny pro now that play and carry guys on Trials in both plataforms) and both said to me both are really close and it is matter to get used to one of them.
Both agree Xbone controler have more dead zone on the triggers... that was better on 360... the bumpers are bad too.
PS4 controller feels less confortable at start until you get used.
Overall they can play their best with both controllers.
