Check their reports they are making piles of money off of PS4. Ulike MS they have never had to throw much money at issues (Or chose not to). Supperior marketshare and suppport is moreso what they try to offer, in addition to some money.

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.
