l looked at your area for GS as well. I noticed that, although your low stock indications must mean something different than out here. Low stock usually means they might have something but mostly not lol.

check Canada as a whole. It seems as though your area has more copies than Canada as a whole. Ebgames.ca it's the same as GS,GS bought them out a few years ago. Looks like I need to take a trip to Pittsburgh.

It seems like the online equilibrium price is something like $40-50 too. On eBay the game is $40 new. Possibly the supply issue is isolated to Canada?
