Target and Walmart are the same. You need to actively place xbox first since alphabetically its wrong.

 

Hell my target has a nice pretty setup with a demo kiosk for xb1, but no kiosk and the games chaoticaly split up for ps4.

That annoys me for some reason 

They even list 360 ahead of ps4 on target and Walmart
