You get the comet during the first race mission with Brucie, plus the first car his friend wants you to steal is also a comet. I've never seen the cheetah and i've played for about 48 hours, and i've only ever seen the Super GT once during a mission, and the Infernus i have only seen once and that was from that gay dude.
