Basically, the reason Nintendo was going down in the dumps at that time is because of their third-party issue. I don't think that will happen to either MS or Sony since they allow more third parties to grow financially than Nintendo.

Please show us a prove of this... I'm curious... (I'm saying this based on two things, the success of the DS + the strong thir party support, and the dev cost of the PS3/360+high budget tittles)

I'm talking about consoles in the past and now as opposed to handhelds.  But just take a look at this:

Take a look at the top half.  Then take a look at any Sony or MS system's million sellers.

So your proff is the success of Nintendo???  Where is the proff to this "MS or Sony allow more third parties to grow financially than Nintendo" ??

All you need to do is go to million sellers on vgchartz and highlight the platform you want to see the highest sold games on each system.

So, your proof now are more graphics, were is the real proof of financial grow????

Btw, if a game doesn't sell well in "X" console, do you blame the console maker?? or the dev???

What the....where did graphics come from in this discussion?  The MILLION SELLERS list I showed you shows the amount of third party developers that had a lot of success on the PS2.

Your last question depends on the variables involved such as games released during when said developers game released, possible technical problems etc.

This will only take a moment of your time. *steals your watch*
