Gamecube > Gamepad > Wiichuck > XOne(probably) > Wii U Pro >> Wii classic > Dualshock 4
I haven't tried the XOne controller but am assuming it's close to 360's. DS4 is just the worst Dualshock ever and has terrible gimmicks and battery life and deserves this position even though it's not much less comfortable than DS3. I guess I covered every controller of this gen, and it really shows how great controller BC is, there's no excuse for XOne not supporting 360 controllers for exemple.
