Doesn't Japan have some sort of a harsh work culture? Wouldn't be surprised if most of these things are the norm over there. The cleaning stuff does sound awful though. Stuff like the time and cameras happen in the US as well. Hell it happens in the company I work for, and the employees don't like it.
There's an abandoned Konami building in my city. I should vandalize it or something.
