This topic just shows most of the posters here haven't had a standard job.
Sure Konami cranked things up to an 11 on some things, but basically every corporation has these policies.
I worked at Wells Fargo as a teller part time during college, no tellers had internet access, had a rotation on cleaning the bathroom, had strict break schedules monitored by a program etc.
