Isn't this like asking what would win between magic and technology.
It depends entirely on the situation, who would win will change depending on which world setting you put the characters in. In Links world he would win, in Samus' world she would win... If you pull them out of both their respective worlds then you can simply cherry pick attributes and make whichever one you want win.
