Weren't Just Add Water supposed to announce something for Vita today? It's the end of the working day in the UK and they haven't put anything on their twitter.
Anyway, that composer backtracked on the Final Fantasy XII remake comment... but in doing so, pretty much confirmed that a remaster is happening (I hope they pick Vita as a platform):

"Dear friends,
In response to comments posted by fans, I want to rectify a statement made from the stage Saturday night at our Distant Worlds: music from FINAL FANTASY concert in Pittsburgh.
Following conversations with composer Hitoshi Sakimoto regarding new concert arrangements of music from FINAL FANTASY XII, regrettably, the term ‘remake’ was used in error during one of the announcements that took place from the stage during the concert.
We sincerely regret any confusion this has caused.
Arnie Roth
Producer and Music Director
Distant Worlds: music from FINAL FANTASY"
Also, I tweeted to Gio Corsi that I appreciate his team porting Borderlands & Resident Evil to Vita, and I hope there was more to come in future, and he favourited my Tweet:
@giocorsi I'm so glad you guys have ported stuff like Borderlands & Resident Evil to Vita. I hope there's more to come in future!

Hopefully because there is more to come in future!
