What he's saying and what he's thinking are two different things. Still, it's almost always a publisher decision, so he has to do the best he can.
This is a perfect example of why the need to publish in October or November is so hard to understand, though. Tomb Raider is going to be eviscerated by CoD, Fallout 4, and Battlefront.
