I'm not as confident as you when it comes to reach an 80% for DX11 compatible cards.
Not only the percentage only improved by 0.26% over the last month, so going by that rate they'd need 2 months to reach 80%, but if Valve is serious about the survey, they should start tracking DX12 compatible cards next month too, so the percentage of DX11 cards could go down.
Please excuse my bad English.
