Then it's not a Mt. Rushmore thread; it's just a name your four favorite characters thread. The presidents on Mt. Rushmore were some of the biggest contributors/influence to the United States. Do you think some niche JRPG character or some character we only saw once would have a great contribution to the gaming industry as opposed to Mario or Pac-Man?

Mario & Pac-Man are definitely on Mt. Rushmore. Donkey Kong and Sonic are also deserving.
