@Million
You have the wierdest way of agreeing with people, and it's annoying because I had to re read that about
3 times before I realized you weren't being a wise ass.
Wait you were agreeing with me right? =P
Ok anyway that's my point and beyond which is each game can go in it's own direction in the case of the Wii photorealism may not be
a direction to go, it's not for me to say but I'll say it; I don't think photorealistic graphics can be done on that system, as far as textures go, I mean they can be done but not in large dosages.
With that said PS3 and Xbox360 can't accomplish this either at least not on a large scale. Of course I mean with enviornmental physics and animations.
The most valuable reason I have for this is because they would need double the RAM of most high end computers today, and I'm not just talking about video ram I mean HD ram.
about 2.5 gigs of ram should be enough to run a GTA scale game that looks even more realistic than assassins creed, of course I'm certain the cell proccessor can concievably do that.. but that's where I end talks about that.
My point is comparing stills is like some user said above but in my own words: Idiotic beyond a doubt but people are free to be idiots.
As for immersion I have one question for you then million (I wont get back to you soon life is calling and its a nice day) what is immersion.
Cause I could of sword I was immersed into Wii boxing. Anyone that walked into the store and played it got lost in it too.
I'm Unamerica and you can too.
