Exactly. When Sony had trouble in 2006 and 2007, they bought up and pumped money into first party studios to compensate - and because they knew it would also help them a ton in the long-term.
It just doesn't seem like MS is doing this.

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million
