I got too bored reading your long article, but I'll still say this:
GTA IS a very, very casual game. As stupid as terms like 'hardcore' and 'casual' are, GTA fits the percieved definition of casual like a glove. That is, people who are otherwise non gamers still pick it up and play it just to have a good time. It has a broad appeal to people who otherwise wouldn't think twice about buying games. It is, ironically, the king of casual games.
Crusty VGchartz old timer who sporadically returns & posts. Let's debate nebulous shit and expand our perpectives. Or whatever.
