I have a few doubts:
1) faster than flash and denser than flash and DRAM, but not faster than DRAM
2) power consumption when in use
3) possible local overheating if many close bits are in the lower resistance, higher current state
4) will it be better than competing solutions arriving to the market in the same period?
5) will it be profitable or newer better techs, possibly optical and holographic, will make it obsolete too early?
