1) No it hasn't always been like that. 2) It does exist. I completley disagree with your statement . Creating a better product can actualy be ahcieved through innovation , intelligence and good management. You can't solve every problem by simply throwing money at it. If Microsoft's products and services trurly exceeded Yahoo then the need to buy them out wouldn't be there. it is
