no i meant that when they announced it at E3 2013 it led to many people waiting for the free PS+ edition instead buying the game. You can buy the game for 20€ now yet many people still waited for  the free edition or why else you constantley hear people complaining?

And don't you think some of them, fed up with waiting for the free version, would have just went ahead and bought it with the discount?

As far as I'm concerned, the discount was only $10 dollar off, it wasn't that big of a deal.
