I disagree. Zombies are awesome. Just overused. Just as awesome as dinosaurs. Just as brain dead, as well. Let's not pretend dinosaurs would be passing any SATs.

Dinos would have been easily more intelligent than AI, and a lot more physically capable and fun to fight opponents. They didn't rule the world at one time in history cause they were dumb.
