what do you expect? jail alone isnt doing shit to stop those things, somebody has to WORK with this guys. that works well, the problem is, politicians dont want this because stupid people get outraged if they hear that rapist arent just thrown in a hole.
killing a person for a crime just doesnt work, same goes for prisons that are worse than pig stables.
