The Witcher 3 is the best RPG in the last decade.

TWIII is a nice game, but I would have to ponder giving it best RPG of the year. Decade? Not even close.

I don't think it would approach my top 40 RPGs, overall. It doesn't have enough soul for that. If you ruled out JRPGs, then TWIII is probably top five or ten for me.
