That's like saying SE lost a majority of it's customers because of FF Tactics ...
Why can't we use FF VI, FF VIII, FF IX, FFX, or even FFXII to guage the success of FFXIII ? FFVII set a high bar that no other FF will match in a long time ...
FFXIII is the fourth highest selling mainline FF title and that is a pretty good achievement all things considered ...
If you were expecting EVERY new FF game to be definitively better than the last then you have no one but yourself to blame ...
