Indeed Alexk-San. Not many people appreciate Kaiyama's remarks, and some of them are unjust, but for the most part in terms of his relations with publishers, he is one of the few devs. that will actually criticize the treatment they are given. Seldom anymore do devs. speak out against mistreatment upon their publishers.
